Monitoring and Evaluation

Monitoring & Evaluation of Projects/Programs: We design and implement M&E frameworks and systems to monitor the progress and evaluate the outcomes of projects and programs. Our approach involves setting clear objectives, defining key performance indicators (KPIs), establishing data collection methods, and developing reporting mechanisms to track progress and measure success.

Mid-term Evaluation: We conduct mid-term evaluations to assess the performance and effectiveness of projects and programs at key milestones. Our evaluations focus on identifying achievements, challenges, lessons learned, and opportunities for improvement, providing actionable recommendations to inform decision-making and course correction as needed.

Impact Assessment: We conduct impact assessments to evaluate the long-term effects and sustainability of projects and programs on beneficiaries, communities, and stakeholders. Our assessments measure changes in outcomes, behaviors, and socio-economic indicators, attributing impacts to project interventions and external factors to determine overall effectiveness and relevance.

Logical Framework (LogFrame): We develop logical frameworks (LogFrames) to guide the planning, implementation, and monitoring of projects and programs. Our LogFrames define project objectives, activities, outputs, outcomes, and indicators, establishing a logical hierarchy and causal relationships to facilitate M&E and accountability throughout the project lifecycle.

Support Monitoring Notebook: We provide support monitoring notebooks to project teams and stakeholders, outlining M&E plans, tools, and responsibilities. Our notebooks serve as practical guides for data collection, analysis, and reporting, ensuring consistency, quality, and transparency in monitoring activities and results.

Monitoring of Indicators: We monitor project indicators to track progress towards achieving objectives and targets. Our monitoring activities include collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data on indicator performance, identifying trends, deviations, and areas for improvement, and reporting findings to stakeholders in a timely and informative manner.

Mask/Canvas (Dashboard): We develop monitoring dashboards or masks/canvases to visualize and communicate M&E data and insights effectively. Our dashboards present key performance indicators, trends, and analysis in a user-friendly format, enabling stakeholders to make informed decisions and take corrective actions based on real-time information.
